Seller Central Setup specialises in tech support for ecommerce. We are a team of Australian women. We are ecommerce entrepreneurs.  We have trodden the path to ecommerce success. 

The Seller Central Setup team bring together a breadth of experience – across Amazon, Google, eBay, Shopify, Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok. 

There are 3 key problems that ecommerce entrepreneurs experience:

  1. The platforms are constantly changing. The video or webinar your learned from is not up to date with the current reality
  2. There’s so much competing information – it is hard to know where to start or what to prioritise

  3. The platforms are so confusing! It’s so much easier when someone holds your hand through those first steps to listing and launch!

To solve these frustrations we make available Australian-based specialists, available for 30min sessions, to go into your account, work through the steps and provide you with a recording – so you can learn yourself.  No expensive subscriptions.  No off-shore outsourcing to access the backend of your business. 

We do this because we know you want to make your online business fly.  Affordable access to high level expertise is invaluable – so that you can keep your focus on your products and sales.

Our team is highly professional, with extensive years as tech managers, eCommerce store owners, small business operators, innovation consultants and content creators.   We know what you are going through and will work hard to find the solution that suits your needs.

HOW WE WORK WITH YOU

  • Make an enquiry through our website.  
  • We will set you up with a Basecamp 3 account – which allows you to book all our team members.  You can download the free app to your desktop and phone.
  • Pay for your preferred service via our website 
  • You will be sent a calendar link.  Use that link to book a time that suits you and our team member. 
  • The session will be conducted in ZOOM.  Make sure you familiarise yourself with Zoom and know how to turn on your audio.  
  • The session will be recorded. When you receive the recording link – download the session onto your computer storage, for you to refer back to in the future.  Recordings are MP4 format.
  • All notes from the session will be kept in your basecamp – which you can access whenever you require.
